Why Does Your Ads Show Up Outside Geo Target Area?

I see many Internet Marketer or Paid campaign specialists come up with problems saying that they get traffic from locations which they have never targeted so here is something that you might be not knowing
The reasons can be any of the following:

1. if someone outside from your geographical targeted location is searching for something that exists on your location (You might have enabled this option when creating your campaign). For example. Suppose I live in England and the geographical location that you have targeted is India and now I search for something in Google which is in India say “rare fruits in India” then this ad will be visible to me in England as well, irrespective of your targeting limitations.

2. Next now suppose someone who is outside from your geographical targeting and he is making a search in Google corresponding to your geo's domain.
For example .suppose I am in India, and the other guy is from Unites states. I have targeted Geo Location as India,. These ads might still be visible to other guy if he is searching for something in Google.co.in from United States)

3. If someone out of your geo location is using a VPN or a proxy to access a site of different geo, then the ads of that geo shall be visible to him instead of his own geo's ads!

4. Many times this can occur even due to language targeting. If a user in United States sets his preferred language as Hindi, then Hindi ads will be visible to him irrespective of Targeting boundary. So, you should be very sure when you are doing language targeting as it also makes impact on ads.
